Sierre is our base: our equipment is kept here and most of the buildings we look after in town are a few minutes away. Down in the valley the snow rarely lies for long, but the garage ramps and the entrances ice over just the same. On the hillside — Veyras, Venthône, Miège, Muraz — the residences are smaller and almost always have grounds around them.
The shortest journey
Our office and our equipment are in town. A Sierre building gets done on the round, not at the end of a mountain road. That is what lets us hold a steady weekly visit, and come back the same day when something breaks.
Town buildings
Entrance halls, stairwells, lifts, laundry rooms, bin stores and underground garages: in town, the upkeep is mostly about those surfaces, used every day of the year and by everyone.
Ice rather than snow
Down in the valley, snow rarely lies for long. It is the garage ramps, the entrances and the outside steps that cause trouble: they ice over in the early morning. We salt and grit, and we bring out the snow blower and the shovels when it really does snow.
The hillside villages
Veyras, Venthône, Miège, Muraz: a few minutes separate these villages from town, which lets us group the visits. The residences there are smaller, with grounds to mow and hedges to trim from April to October.

- In Sierre. It is also where the equipment goes out from every morning. We answer the phone from 07:30 to 19:00.
- Do you keep buildings in town as well as on the hillside?
- Both. In town and on the hillsides of Veyras, Venthône, Miège and Muraz, the round is the same: the communal areas, the grounds, the access ways.
- Is a small building of six units too small?
- No. We keep few buildings and we impose no minimum size. The site visit is free and the quote follows within 48 hours.
