Data controller

The data controller is the publisher of this site, identified in the Legal Notice. For any question regarding your personal data, you may write to us at the address shown at the bottom of this page.

Data we collect

This site collects no data automatically. We only process the information you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • The content of your message

How the contact form works

The contact form sends no data to any server. When you submit it, it simply opens your usual email application with a pre-filled message that you send to us yourself. Your data therefore passes through no third-party service: it goes directly from your mailbox to ours.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this information for the sole purpose of replying to your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a service proposal. The legal basis for processing is your consent and the pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies, no advertising trackers and no analytics tools. Fonts are hosted locally on our server: no data is sent to third-party providers during your visit.

Retention period

The emails you send us are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and any relationship arising from it, then deleted. We do not build any customer database for commercial purposes without your agreement.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is never sold, rented or disclosed to third parties. It is accessible only to the people responsible for handling your enquiry within our house.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the revFADP, you have the following rights over your data:

  • Right of access to your data
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”)
  • Right to object to and restrict processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the FDPIC in Switzerland, or the competent authority in your country within the EU)

Security

This site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.
