Every service can be booked as a standing contract or as a one-off, with no minimum term.
Building caretaking
Regular visits, meter readings, small repairs, letting tradespeople in, and follow-up for the managing agent.
Grounds maintenance
Mowing, hedge trimming, upkeep of surrounds, planting beds and play areas, from April to October.
Pressure washing
Terraces, paving, driveways, low walls and facade bases, to lift moss and ingrained dirt.
Communal area cleaning
Entrance halls, stairwells, lifts, laundry rooms and bin stores, weekly or at the agreed frequency.
Snow clearing
Driveways, entrances and parking spaces, cleared by snow blower and shovel, salting and gritting included. Called out outside office hours, November to March.
Clearance
Emptying cellars, attics and outbuildings, with sorted disposal of bulky items and furniture.
One-off jobs
End-of-tenancy make-good, post-construction cleaning, a single clearance: no contract, quoted individually.
